Aashiq Kumar, PA-C

Aashiq Kumar, MSBS, PA-C of Freehold, New Jersey joined Indianapolis Gastroenterology and Hepatology in 2025.  He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience from the University of Cincinnati, in Cincinnati, Ohio.  Aashiq earned his Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio.  He sees patients in Indianapolis.

Aashiq’s training features the diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the pancreas, liver, and GI tract. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Aashiq is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA). He is certified in ACLS and BLS.

In his free time, Aashiq enjoys cooking, baking, running, and spending time with his wife and friends.
