With new symptoms coming to light, I was anxious to see someone rather quickly, preferably before we were scheduled to leave on vacation. Not only was I seen, but the prescription I was given greatly reduced my symptoms before we even packed. Yes there needs to be follow up care, but I am very confident in the doctors and staff at Utah Gastroenterology.

Dr Jones is an awesome doctor. He is an effective communicator. He saved my life, literally. However, the new location- old mill- is more frustrating. The wait time doubled and it seems more disorganized. I go to my annual visit and they never send through my updated prescription. I also manage my blood draws. Because of the quality care I have received from Dr. Jones, I will continue as a patient, but be prepared for a long wait and incomplete management of your needs from the office.
