Ben Griffith

Ben Griffith is GI Alliance’s chief legal officer. Prior to joining the team, he worked closely with GI Alliance and its physicians since GI Alliance’s formation, as a member of our external legal counsel team, advising GI Alliance on M&A and health care regulatory matters. Ben recently served as a partner at Katten, where he had a national practice focused on healthcare transactional and regulatory matters, primarily devoted to representing financial-sponsor backed physician practice management platforms. Ben has a depth of experience representing physician practices, private equity funds, ASCs, hospitals, and health systems, in connection with a wide range of transactional, regulatory, and general corporate matters.
