I recently saw Dr. Hauptman after being referred to him. He was very friendly and really took the time to listen to me. Rather than saying “uh huh…” to every complaint, he typed everything I was saying and asked interactive questions that showed he was actually listening. All of his staff were very nice to me. He was able to get me into an endoscopy the next morning and was able to get me in 45 minutes earlier than expected! The facility he did the procedure at was very clean and the staff was also extremely nice. He took the time to talk to me after the procedure rather than making me wait for results and I woke with no throat pain or anything. This was just a few days ago and the medication he prescribed has already started improving how I feel everyday. He also consistently messaged the surgeon he referred me to while I was still in his office until they called me to make my appointment hehe. I would definitely recommend him!
