After my appointment w/Dr Raj.,2-22,he said staff would fax orders for a CT scan. That was one week ago. Not done( per Memorial H. Imaging). I called again this morning and spoke to receptionist, Christina, & explained that i had a left a message for Dr R.'s but no response. Christina took the Xtra step and faxed orders for me herself! Now that's good customer service. She didn't have to do it....but she did.
