"I have been a GI patient here for MANY years. I have always been treated with kindness, gentleness, compassion, respect, and professionalism by everyone from appointments , nurses, and my physician. I adore Dr. Berggreen. He and I have ‘aged’ together. . I was unaware of the fact that there were any NPs seeing patients until my last visit when , being overdue for my regular appointment, I was scheduled with a NP. She was great. Warm, caring ( which I’d already come to expect), personable, and she got me a prescription version of an over the counter medication at considerable savings. I will never go anywhere else for my GI needs. Highly recommend!!"

"The staff a very friendly and helpful. The intake personnel worked diligently to get me seen after I was late due to horrible traffic issues. Then the assistant to the PA was courteous and took her time to be thorough in the pre-assessment information such as vital signs, medication list review and corrections and the reason for my visit so that the PA would be prepared. The PA moved quickly, talked and typed really fast due to my lateness but she still managed to address my issues and order the test that I need to have done to completely assess my ailments. That to me is having the best of both worlds getting it all done in their own special way and I appreciate their care."

"I applaud this group for exceptional patient care! For months I have suffered with acute abdominal pain. My primary care physician diagnosed the problem and referred me. Because my Doctor wasn't immediately available I was scheduled to see Physician Assistant Kasey Gora. SHE IS WONDERFUL! Although she provided excellent care and has a wonderful beside-manner, it was her follow-up that made me feel as though she truly cared. She called me on a Saturday morning! But, it wasn't just a phone call, it was a conversation. She did not just ask a general question! She was very specific and listened to my responses. She even explained why I should be filling better and the continued plan of care. During my follow-up appointment, she was very intent on ensuring I knew what to do to minimize the Diverticulitis. She is Awesome!"

"I give the staff and doctors a 5, but the parent company, TDDC, is a 2 or 3 at best. I keep my appointments and follow my doctor’s instructions for follow up. I cannot count the number of poorly written, downright inflammatory letters I receive from Dallas with threatening overtones for not making follow up appointments or getting lab work done. They need to hire a professional to write more tactful form letters, and a programmer to make sure they’re only sent to non-compliant patients. You’d think a mega-medical company would have it together, but..."

My wait time was about 40 minutes to see the doctor, which isn't bad. I saw Dr. John McDonald and he was very friendly and took his time explaining procedures and answered all my questions!
