Had to wait awhile in waiting room for appointment but other than that staff was efficient and knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

The staff was nice and the nurse was outstanding. However, I was upset that we all wasted our time as the anesthesiologist they use is out of network and I wasn't told until I met with the nurse. That's very disappointing. No one has time to waste. Owers should review their policy in NOT telling pts until the appointment.
