I went in for a late appointment and figured staff would be rushed or rude and it was the complete opposite. Dr. Oliver is probably one of the best doctors I have ever met, very thorough and answered all of my questions. The entire staff was extremely pleasant and professional.
Very thorough with their questionnaire, even tho it was on iPad but easy to use. Office staff very nice and answered any questions. Dr. Oliver made me aware of wrong information concerning OTC drugs I had taken in the past and the GI studies to back up this info. Very open, reminded me to follow thru with medical tests and reassurances. Pleasant man, took his time.
Great bedside manners! All around great experience. Compassionate and kind!
Dr Oliver, was very nice, he answer all the questions we had. He was very patient as well.
