Physician Bio:

Dr. Rosenberg received his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis and his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine. His internship, residency and gastroenterology fellowship training were at the University of Illinois Chicago Hospital. Dr. Rosenberg’s professional honors include selection to the Landacre Research Honorary, from The Ohio State University, and the Founder’s Award from the Chicago Chapter of the Crohns and Colitis Foundation. He has participated as a principal investigator in numerous clinical drug studies in inflammatory bowel disease and peptic ulcer disease. He has been providing gastrointestinal care in Lake County since 1978. He has held academic appointments as a clinical instructor at the Chicago Medical School, in North Chicago, Dr. Rosenberg is currently the Medical Director of the North Shore Endoscopy Center. He performs Upper Endoscopy, Colonoscopy, and Capsule Endoscopy.
