GI Alliance is offering a clinical research study assessing the safety and effectiveness of an investigational medicine for people with active Crohn’s disease (CD).



  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Have a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease
  • Have been experiencing active symptoms of Crohn’s disease such as urgent bowel movements, abdominal pain, diarrhea, fatigue, lack of appetite, and weight loss
  • Have not responded to previous treatment for your condition and/or were intolerant to previous treatments

There are other criteria that you will need to meet to qualify, which the study team will discuss with you.

In this study we are looking for people who currently have ‘active’ symptoms of a flare up for Crohn’s; this may include, but is not limited to:

  • Frequent or urgent bowel movements
  • Diarrhea
  • Bloody stool
  • Abdominal pain
  • Fatigue
  • Lack of appetite
  • Weight loss

If you are not actively experiencing symptoms, please still submit a form. You may qualify for this study in the future.
